We stayed here for only one night, but could easily have stayed longer. The hotel’s location offers easy access to Margaret Island and convenient taxi rides to explore the rest of Budapest.

Our breakfast at the Fortuna Boat Hotel was not huge, but it was really satisfying. There are hot and cold options, plenty to eat, and the calm breakfast room overlooks the flowing Danube, making for a serene start to the day. I really loved it. It had a certain “old world charm” to it, and I took the time to “just be in the momet”.
