Being born in Hawaii, Nicole’s heart will forever chase the sun in places like Waianae (often called Leeward). Its name means “waters of the mullet”. The Waianae coast is largely undiscovered – a hidden gem and glorious holiday in the making.

As of July 2021, eFoils was the world’s smallest watercraft. Our water-nymph showed off how effortlessly she mastered the latest trend in water activities, namely e-foiling. She was flying like a pro!

The Generations Riviera Maya, were Nicole stayed, is a four-star family resort hotel in Tulum, on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. The resort boasts beachfront views and stunning suites and gourmet cuisine. Nearby sightseeing includes the well-preserved ruins of an ancient Mayan port city. “The main building is a large stone structure called El Castillo (castle), perched on a rocky cliff above the white sand beach and turquoise sea. Near the ruins is the Parque Nacional Tulum, a coastal area with mangroves and cenotes (natural limestone sinkholes).”
The third-largest Hawaiian island is also referred to as ‘The Gathering Place”. Oahu is vibey and diverse in everything, from its inhabitants to food, and to all the various island activities. One of Nicole’s catchphrases is “shamazing”. Oahu is just that, “shamazing” and well worth a visit.
Lake Como is insanely popular amongst celebrities such as George Clooney, Madonna, Richard Branson, Sylvester Stallone, Gianni Versace, Matt Bellamy, Ronaldinho, and the lovely Nicole Scherzinger.
In addition to all the other exquisite sun-charged destinations, she chose Lake Como to celebrate her 43rd birthday. In Italy’s Lago di Como (Lake Como) the radiantly beautiful Nicole wrote on Instagram “Fuel your fire with gratitude”. She goes further to “appreciate the blessings around me”. Lago di Como is one of Nicole’s favorite places to unwind and recharge.

The love birds were also spotted soaking up the sun on the small island of Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, at Sugar Beach resort in St Lucia, the Yosemite National Park in California, Mexico’s Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Turks and Caicos Islands with its azure sea and pink sunsets, and Malibu.
In conclusion, it’s not too shabby for a selection of divine summer holiday destinations!
