Chocolate Cream Liqueur - Recipe

Delicious Chocolate Cream Liqueur is the perfect home-made gift.  You can impress your friends and family, by making this in stead of eggnog this Christmas.

Recipe for home made chocolate cream liqueur

I got this recipe from a friend of mine living in South Africa.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 250 ml brandy
  • 12.5 ml of vanilla essence
  • 20 ml cocoa powder (mixed with a little bit of boiling water)

How to make the liqueur:

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well.
  • Pour into a clean sterilized bottle.
  • Seal the bottle and refrigerate until needed.
  • Shake well before use.

We share the recipe for Chocolate Cream Liqueur in Afrikaans as well, as my friend gave me the original recipe written in Afrikaans (for all our Afrikaans speaking friends).
