The Perfect Spa Day at Home - Menu:

DIY Bath Soak (Relaxing)

Ingredients:
1 cup Epsom salts (relieves tired muscles)
½ cup baking soda (softens skin)
10 drops lavender essential oil (calming)

Method:
Mix everything together in a jar. Pour into warm running bath water and swirl to dissolve.

2–3 thin cucumber slices, blended or grated (cooling + refreshing)
Method:
Mix yogurt and honey in a small bowl. Add cucumber for a fresh, cooling boost. Apply evenly to clean face, avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Skin feels soft, hydrated, and refreshed.

Take a long bath with Epsom salts, flower petals, and/or your favorite essential oils.  If you can’t afford essential oils or don’t have any, your favorite herbal or rose-scented bubble bath can also work just as well.  Soak up the warmth.  Take your time.  After all it is “me-time”, and you’re worth it.

If you don’t have a bathtub: A warm foot soak with herbs and salts will work just fine.
