Sugar & Cinnamon Mix :

OK so I don’t actually have a recipe.  It all depends on how I’m feeling.  Some days I want more cinnamon and on other days, not so much.  This is actually cool, as you can mix according to your own taste and you can’t go wrong.  I would suggest starting with a mix of:

  • 5 Tbls. White Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Mix well.

Now you can gradually add some cinnamon if you like, or if it is already to strong for your taste, add more sugar.

You can keep the mixture in your cupboard for a very long time, and it is handy to have for all types of baking, like pancakes, cinnamon buns, and more.
