An Easy Norwegian Salmon Recipe

Easiest Norwegian Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

4 Norwegian salmon fillets
160 g Plain Yoghurt
1 clove of garlic (optional)
2 tsp Lemon juice (for the sauce)
2 tsp Lemon juice (for seasoning)
Fresh dill
Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

Lightly oil a roasting dish. Add the salmon and season with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper.
Roast the Norwegian salmon in a preheated oven at 220 °C until it’s cooked through in the middle (According to your taste).
Meanwhile make the sauce by whisking together the yogurt, the remainder of the lemon juice, dill, and garlic.
Drizzle over the salmon and garnish with the more dill sprigs to serve.
