The best Mojitos ever

The secret to making the best mojitos ever is in the mint leaves.  Do not crush the leaves into a fine pulp as many people do not love the texture.  You only want to bruise the leaves to get the flavors going.

This guy knows how to make them

Plant your own mint in our garden.  They are very easy growers and will grow almost anywhere. (Preferably plant them in pots as they can take over your garden.)  This way you’ll always have fresh mint at hand to make your cocktails for guests.  That’s the way to impress them.

Mojito is a traditional Cuban cocktail made of white rum, sugar, lime, soda water, and mint.  Without the mint, it is simply not a mojito.  The combination was created to complement the rum, therefore it is not only added as a decoration.  So start your next party with an ice-breaker and serve them mojitos with fresh mint from your own garden.
