Chocolate Cream Liqueur - Recipe

Delicious Chocolate Cream Liqueur is the perfect home-made gift. You can impress your friends and family, by making this in stead of eggnog this Christmas.

I got this recipe from a friend of mine living in South Africa.

Ingredients:

1 tin of condensed milk
250 ml fresh cream
250 ml brandy
12.5 ml of vanilla essence
20 ml cocoa powder (mixed with a little bit of boiling water)

How to make the liqueur:

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well.
Pour into a clean sterilized bottle.
Seal the bottle and refrigerate until needed.
Shake well before use.
